Return & Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us first at info@globalbeautysupplier.nl. Returns must be sent to: Rozenlaan 121A, 3051LP, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Machines are specialized products and therefore not eligible for return or refund.
All machines come with a 2-year warranty. During this period, if any technical issues occur, we will support you with inspection, repair, or replacement of parts under our warranty policy.
After the 2-year warranty, customers continue to enjoy lifetime online consultation and after-care service. We are committed to providing the best possible support throughout the entire usage of our machines.

If a machine arrives damaged due to shipping:

Contact us immediately upon delivery.
Do not use the damaged machine.
Keep the product and packaging in their original condition.
Provide a detailed report with photos and videos showing the damage upon receipt.

Once notified, we will:

Coordinate with the logistics company and insurance provider to arrange compensation.
Support you in ordering a replacement machine if you still wish to proceed with your purchase.
